  • Rear-facing only: from birth up to 13 kg. Never use it forward-facing.
  • Two ways to install: with a compatible Joie ISOFIX base such as the clickFIT™ base or i-Base™ (sold separately), or with the vehicle's 3-point seat belt.
  • Travel system: attaches to compatible Joie pushchairs. Some models need a separate adapter, so check compatibility before buying.
  • Important: always follow the user manual. Do not leave a baby in a car seat for long periods or unattended, and replace the seat after any accident.

To initiate the refund process, please provide Unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product, as well as the packaging, to our customer support email or WhatsApp.

Once we review the evidence of shipping damage, we will process a refund for the damaged item or arrange for a replacement, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
